A West Texas A&M University study showed that with a clean diet and solid weight training program, 11 pounds of muscle was obtained while using 1-Andro. As a result, the study compared it to a milligram to milligram injection of testosterone enanthate.

This compound does not convert to estrogen or DHT. Because of this,  estrogen and hair loss will not be an issue for most people. It produces lean and steady gains, however it can, temporarily lower good cholesterol. It can also cause some lethargy if you aren’t taking in enough calories or pairing it with a test base like 4 Andro.

The number one reason why you are not successful is because you have not made the right commitment. You may have set goals and acted on them to achieve your success. But have you given yourself permission to be completely obsessed?

Our society has taught us that obsession is a bad thing. The obsession is often used with negative things habits like drug abuse and in some sort of weird perversion. However, if you look back through history, every single person that we remember to this day was obsessed with whatever their mission was in life.

Guys like Van Gogh or Leonardo Da Vinci would be set up for failure in todays society. The second a therapist analyzed one of these guys, they would be prescribed all kinds of drugs for ADD, ADHD, OCD, and every other acronym you can think of.

The 10 Pillars Of Wealth is a very well written and easily read book for anyone looking to become successful.  I firmly believe that a good book easily hold your attention. If a book is a good read, i can usually knock it out in just a few days. I finished it in four days because it provided solid information and was very entertaining. Alex Becker explains in-depth concepts on accumulating wealth in ways anybody can relate to.

Some of the examples he uses to teach are a little on the extreme side. Some of his stories that he uses as examples are downright hilarious. Either way, he does a fantastic job of relating these concepts through his examples. Somehow, he rides the line between pure genius and a perverted cartoon character.  The thing that I like the most about Becker’s writing is his blatant honesty. He tells you exactly why most people don’t succeed and that there’s a chance you will not succeed either. Unless, you understand and implement the pillars that he discusses into your daily life.

The best description that I could give this book, is to call it a modern version of  Think and Grow Rich.

You save money when you meal prep

Eating out every day can be an absolute financial killer!  Assume that you buy lunch 6 days a week and spend an average of $9 per meal. This comes to a total of 54 dollars per week on just lunch. Take into account that there are 52 weeks in a year. You are spending $2,652 a year on eating out!

You can buy a box of instant rice that will make about 6 cups/servings  for only $2.00. The average bag of frozen chicken breast is right at $10 and will have right at 6 breasts per bag.  Daily cost  is $ .34 for the rice and $1.66 for the chicken. So this example of a prepared meal would  only cost $2 a day, or $624 for the year. So, your almost saving $2,000 a year based on this example and that is just for lunch! One of the most important aspects of achieving financial freedom is separating time from money.  To do this, you must have your money work for you rather than you work for your money. The greatest way to do this is to have multiple flows of income through  passive  income.

Passive income is the ability to accumulate money without actively putting in consistent time to earn it.  You see, when the majority of people need extra money, they decide to get a part time job. Then, they are paid in accordance to the amount of hours they have labored.

Passive income can be earned while you sleep or take a shower.  You put some form of initial investment of time or money at first. Then cash flow is created without constant labor to produce income.
