The bags that contained the Kratom were made from a very thick plastic  with what appears to be lined with Mylar foil on the inside. This Mylar does an excellent job in keeping very fine Kratom powder dry. I also like the fact that each bag come with a zip lock type re-sealer. I started off only taking a couple grams of  kratom since I didn’t know how it would affect me.  I found  my sweet spot to be around 4 and 5 grams. It needs to be consumed on an empty stomach and will  take about 30 to 45 minutes to kick in.

I would start feeling the effects start creeping up on me about half an hour after I took it.

White Bali

So, this was a very interesting strain to say the least. The white Bali acted like a natural anti-depressant and mood elevator.

I took this on an empty stomach and about 40 minutes later felt a warm tingly sensation all over.  Then I felt an overwhelming sense of happiness and euphoria.  I felt very peppy and assume that all this was caused by a large release of dopamine in the brain.

This would be an excellent choice from anyone who struggles with mood imbalance issues or anxiety.

Coastline Kratom Green Malay Review

This was hands down my favorite of the three different Kratom strains.  The best way that I could describe this was like having the relaxed feeling you get from having a buzz when you drink. But without feeling intoxicated.

I was once a huge fan of bourbon and at one point in my life was drinking too often to ‘take the edge off’ after work. This is a great alternative for people who know they shouldn’t be drinking so often, but need something to help relax them. Coastline Kratom Red Maeng Da

Ive dealt with some pain in my elbows and knees that I sometimes have to take not so liver friendly stuff like Tylenol for.  Years of weight lifting and rehabbing my rental properties has certainly taken a tole on my joints. So I was optimistic about getting some relief on that. This works way better that taking a bunch of liver toxic pain pills and is way safer. I actually plan on putting some of this strain in capsules as a go-to painkiller next time I have a headache or joint pain.
