I take 500mcg every day first thing in the morning on an empty stomach subcutaneously.  Then, do another hour of fasting to allow the sequence to do its job.

I’ll be honest, the effects were more pronounced when taking it during the morning rather than at night. But that is just my experience. Obviously, the compound is ideal for someone who is in a serious cut and is taking their diet very serious.
