CJC1295 Explained and How To Use It

There are tons of different GH peptides, analogues, and sectretagogus out there and it can get pretty overwhelming as a new researcher trying to figure out what’s going to be best for YOUR lab experiment. However, CJC1295 has been the base of my GH Peptide research for years now.

What is CJC1295?

Exogenous GH use comes with several negative side effects in this particular Peptide was created to have all of the positives of Growth hormone while mitigating the not so favorable side effects that come with exogenous GH use. I’ve tried pretty much every GH analog/secretagogue/mimic/peptide that’s out there and I always come back to CJ1295.

CJC1295 is an analogue of growth hormone releasing hormone that was first developed in the 1980s. Basically, CJC1295 is the isolated amino chains 1 through 29 of the GHRH Peptide sequence.

This Peptide often gets mislabeled as Sermorelin because it has a very similar amino sequence. However the correct other name for CJC1295 (without DAC) is actually MOD GRF 129 or Modified GRF (1-29). This Peptide was created by a company called Conjuchem, who dumped a shitload of money into developing this high-tech Peptide.

DAC vs NO DAC

They also developed the drug affinity complex also known as DAC at the same time. DAC was developed in order to extend the half-life of this Peptide to 8 days with a single administration.

Modified GRF or CJC1295 without DAC has a half life of 30 minutes to 1 hour. Keep in mind that the first iteration of this peptide, GRF1-29 only had a half life of just 10 minutes!

And there’s a lot of debate on whether people should research CJC1295 daily or go with once a week /DAC. I personally prefer daily CJC1295 at 300 MCG for longer periods of time because I have personally noticed that using DAC becomes much less effective after about a month. There has been some research suggesting possible pituitary damage with extended use of the DAC version as well but I cannot attest to that personally.

How to use CJC1295 with other GH Peptides

As previously mentioned in this article, I’ve tried countless Growth Hormone compounds over the years. Some better than others, like MK677 which I often refer to as poor mans growth hormone. Also some outstanding peptides like HGH Fragment 176-191 and AOD9604 which work exclusively to only burn fat tissue.

However, I developed the following protocol to provide all the benefits of Growth Hormone while negating most of the unwanted side effects. The stack detailed has been effective in aiding in recovery, fat loss, and an acceleration of both Hypertrophy and Hyperplasia.

Peptide stack that includes CJC1295, Ipamorelin, And IGF1-lr3

The exact research stack that I use with various peptides including Ipamorelin and IGF1-LR3 with CJC1925 being my base.

CJC 1295 acts as the base of this peptide stack. I do not use the DAC version of this peptide. RESEARCH amounts once daily at 300mcg being administered at night.

Ipamorelin is a complementary addition to this peptide stack. RESEARCH amounts once daily at 300mcg. This peptide has a tendency to give me lethargy for a few hours post administration. To mitigate this issue, I use this at night which also provides stronger GH pulses during sleep.

IGF1-LR3 is an extremely effect compound when utilized correctly! This peptide has such a fragile and complex sequence that it must be reconstituted with Acetic Acid water to prevent fast degradation that the alcohol in Bacteriostatic water would cause to it. A little goes a long way here and I research this at 50mcg post workout. Because of the way that IGF affects insulin levels in the body, it is highly advised that this Peptide be utilized with simple carbohydrates around administration.

Where to get peptides

My preferred source for all the compounds mentioned in this article is once again is Amino Asylum and you can get 20% off with discount code LW20.

However, you can learn more about this company and see my thoughts on some of their other items by reading the review I wrote by CLICKING HERE.

Wow very interesting content do you guys sell books?

I’ve had several folks inquire about releasing some all encompassing guides… That very well might be something I develop this year. Thanks for the great idea and kind words.
