TAKING CARE OF OUR HEALTH BEFORE HEALTHCARE HAS TO TAKE CARE OF US

In medicine today, they’ve made a set of rules that are difficult to challenge because, ultimately, you do not have the medical freedom. When the founding fathers formed the constitution in 1776, they did so by having everything drafted, written, voted on, and approved.

One particular doctor Benjamin Rush wanted medical freedom and he was the surgeon general of the time. What Benjamin meant by ‘medical freedom’ was that all people could choose whatever medicine, type of care, or therapy they or their children wanted.

He also intended for every doctor to be able to practice any therapy or recommend any medicine they desired.

Dr. Benjamin Rush lost by 2 votes because George Washington was lobbied (yes even back then lobbyist were throwing dirty dollars at good men trying to buy their soul) and changed his vote.

Dr. Rush said, “George you’re going to regret this”!

You know what happened to poor George Washington? …He did pay for it a few years later.

One morning, he woke up with severe headaches, fever, and serious flu-like symptoms. So they did what they did in those days….BLOODLETTING!

The Benefits of Sobriety and Why I Stopped Drinking

I’ve been MIA for several weeks in order to make some very important changes in my life.

It’s very difficult to continue moving forward towards a life of prosperity if you don’t admit the necessary changes you need to make…..one of those changes for me was admitting that I had been a high functioning alcoholic for nearly a decade and that it was absolutely imperative for me to set my ego aside, be truthful with myself, and ask for help.

The past 30 days have brought a level of clarity that I couldn’t have imagined and my life has improved in every way possible. My wife has been extremely supportive in this endeavor and I don’t think I could have been successful without her support. Though traditional AA meetings have been virtually impossible because of covid-19, the one-on-one meetings and phone calls from the people from Alcoholics Anonymous has been crucial in this battle. The Golden Opportunity In Every Terrible Situation

There exists a golden opportunity in every terrible situation.

Most people just aren’t conditioned to see it. Likely because we’ve been taught by our society that its completely fine to accept mediocrity and think that something ‘just isn’t possible’.

But the truth is that if we want our situation to change, we have to instead ask “How can I make this possible?”

The positive opportunities reside dormant in every negative event waiting for us to utilize it. It is the universes way of balancing itself. It has been called many different things. But regardless of what you want to call it, its always there, and always will be.

This is an unusual time for humans. Many uncertainties stain our thoughts. And hope for a better tomorrow is beginning to waiver for many of our brothers and sisters. I worry that the lasting effect of this pestilence will not just be economic. I’m far more worried about the repercussions this plague will have on the mental health of Continue reading

How To Safely Use Steroids For Beginners

Anabolic steroids have a negative stigma attached to them. And rightly so to a certain extent because they have the potential to cause negative side effects.  Especially if the user doesn’t understand every aspect of what they are putting into their body and the chemical changes that take place.

But much of the fault is a result of how our society educates its citizens. You see, most people have the perception that simply taking a hormone will make you a better athlete or a jacked beast. But this is not how it works guys.

The results are still largely dependent on nutrition, your workouts, consistency, and most importantly work ethic. Anabolics help deliver faster results, fill in the genetic gaps, and put you at an overall advantage.

Having said that, there is a way to safe use steroids. But there is also a shit ton of biased information all over the Internet and online forums. We don’t condone the use of steroids but if your going to use ‘gear, here is how to do it safely. And most importantly, have a good experience while avoiding Continue reading

My Experience With Low Testosterone

I first suspected that I might have low testosterone  a few years ago.  It was the beginning  of  2016 and I had just celebrated my 29th birthday when I started to notice several changes in my overall sense of well being.   Things just didn’t feel right any more and I couldn’t make sense of it. I worked out every day,  maintained a well rounded diet, and took the right supplements.

However,  I constantly felt lethargic, couldn’t focus, my quality of sleep had suffered, and I felt gassed out early in to my workouts.  And although I wasn’t having any issues with erectile dysfunction,  the sexual drive I once had Continue reading

Cialis For Bodybuilding And Overall Health

Before I started using Cialis, I was under the impression that it was only for men who struggled to get erections. But it has recently been brought to my attention how popular of a performance enhancer this is in the bodybuilding community. Not only that, but the overall health and lifestyle benefits this has for the aging male and athletes is nothing short of incredible. I am sharing this information because I had no idea of all the benefits of Cialis before I started using it. Continue reading

Training While On Steroids

I want you to keep an open mind in regards to this writing. If you’re on any type of steroids or enhancing drugs, chances are you are not training properly.

Let’s think about this…

You train, you eat, you begin to repair the damage you caused, and hopefully trigger hypertrophy. Add steroids or other performance enhancers, and recovery is heightened. This allows one to Continue reading

Crashed Gear and How To Fix It

Over my years on various forums and interacting with gym patrons there seems to be a common misconception about ‘crashed gear’. Some seem to feel that it isn’t a legit product and that it might be bad.

There are many perspectives on this, some more true than others. But ultimately one is correct and the rest are Continue reading
